Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee
Free Legal Help from the
How does Legal Aid's office help? Our office in Gallatin helps mostly people who have low income or are age 60 or older. However, there are some things we can help you with no matter how much money you have or how old you are.
Legal Aid helps people for free.
Our Gallatin office helps people who live in Sumner County, Wilson County or Trousdale County. We work with the Bar Association Pro Bono Programs in these counties. They help us find volunteer lawyers to take some cases.
What kind of cases do we take? We only take civil cases. We cannot help with criminal cases. The rest of this page tells you more about the cases we take and our free pamphlets.
